Tips to take your measurements

It's easier to do this with a friend's help, but you can do it alone with a full length mirror. Stand straight and keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Chest: measure across fullest part of your breasts and across shoulder blades.

Waist: measure across natural waistline (the slimmest part of your waist) without pulling in your stomach.

Full Hip: measure at the widest part of your hips.
