1. What happens after I place an order?
Everything on the online shop is made-to-order or very small runs. After an order is placed, your intimates will be produced in-house, then shipped within 10 days or quicker if we have your style in stock.
We ship worldwide with tracked mail. Shipping within Germany costs 4€, within the EU 7€ and everywhere else costs 12€ (including Switzerland and the UK).
Please note that you may have to pay taxes upon receiving your purchase if you live outside the EU.
Delays may be expected due to the war in Ukraine as air traffic is reduced to some destinations, but you can always ask us for help with tracking or anything else regarding shipping.
Saqua Studio isn't responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you're not totally happy with a product, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll organise a return + exchange. We don't issue refunds, but we'll send you a different size if your item doesn't fit you. Please note that we don't exchange items bought on sale.
Items must be unworn and in original condition with garment tags still attached, so please wear your own underwear while you try them on.
Please note that all items are your responsibility until they reach Saqua Studio, so consider using tracked mail. Make sure you retain proof of postage, as we are not liable for pieces that don't reach us.
We are a small brand and we simply don't have the margins big brands have, so we are unable to cover the cost of returns. Thank you for your understanding.
4. I don’t see my size
Please email email@example.com or use if you have any questions regarding sizing. We are staying reactive to your needs so don’t hesitate to reach out. This is a developing business, and larger sizes are slowly being added to the collection. We can also make custom sizes for you.
